As TBC Crossfit opens for business October 23rd, 2008, our class schedule will be as follows:
Monday-Friday
5am, 6am, 7am
Saturdays 9am
Introductory FREE class for new Crossfitters Saturdays 10am
As our classes grow in size we will open evening times.
