Crossfit Class Schedule

As TBC Crossfit opens for business October 23rd, 2008, our class schedule will be as follows:
Monday-Friday
5am, 6am, 7am
Saturdays 9am

Introductory FREE class for new Crossfitters Saturdays 10am

As our classes grow in size we will open evening times.

We looking forward to sweating with YOU soon! You are only as FIT as you are FUNCTIONAL!
