What are the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer?

Carrie has a diverse, unique background that is reflected in her training style and personality. Carrie has been training clients in the San Antonio area since 2005 when she left Law Enforcement and moved to San Antonio to pursue her passion. While working for the AISD Police Department Carrie had the opportunity to work with Officers in the “Fit for Duty” program. It was here that Carrie realized the fulfillment she received helping others change their lives through structured workout regimes and nutrition changes.
