What are the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer?
A Personal Trainer will design, implement and modify a fitness program that will meet your personal fitness needs. Similar to sitting down with a financial planner and making plans for your finances. A Personal Trainer will help design a workout program coupled with nutrition guidance to insure you reach your fitness goals.
Individual Personal Training is available for clients who want to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. Sessions are one-hour in length and are focused on training a particular muscle group or achieving a specific goal, such as increasing cardiovascular strength and endurance. Each client’s physical capabilities, lifestyle, and goals are considered
Group training can be a great venue for those looking for the benefits of a Personal Trainer at a fraction of the cost. You can join one of our established group training sessions, or start your own. At TBC&Co. there are no dues or membership fees.Small Group training costs $40 a session with a 4 client max. and Large group Crossfit training costs $20 per session with no limit on class size.
Transformations by Carrie & Co. offers sports performance training for athletes of all ages. Training is customized to fit the needs of the individual or team. Programs include drills and exercises that improve speed, agility and quickness, while emphasizing leg and core development. Our program also seeks to improve athletic development in areas such as coordination, power, strength and flexibility

TBC Crossfit offers group training inspired by Crossfit, Inc., providing top-notch functional fitness training with intense, challenging workouts prescribed to improve your total level of fitness, according to Crossfit's definition of fitness.
For the fitness pursued through this type of training, every parameter within our control is modulated to broaden the stimulus as much as possible. A body will only respond to an unaccustomed stressor; ROUTINE is the enemy of progress and broad adaption. With the Crossfit inspired workouts we don't subscribe to high reps, or low reps, or long rests, or short rests, but strive for VARIANCE!
