What are the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer?
A Personal Trainer will design, implement and modify a fitness program that will meet your personal fitness needs. Similar to sitting down with a financial planner and making plans for your finances. A Personal Trainer will help design a workout program coupled with nutrition guidance to insure you reach your fitness goals.
Individual Personal Training is available for clients who want to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer. Sessions are one-hour in length and are focused on training a particular muscle group or achieving a specific goal, such as increasing cardiovascular strength and endurance. Each client’s physical capabilities, lifestyle, and goals are considered
when designing training sessions. Creating and maintaining a proper nutrition plan is also a part of the one-on-one Personal Training package.
You may choose a 12, 24, or 36-session Personal Training package. Typically, a client trains three times per week. Each session is different, with various types of exercises to focus on different muscle groups. Each session also teaches you the proper way to do exercises to prevent injury. You and your Personal Trainer may also spend time looking at your food journal for the week, working on your nutrition plan, and/or discussing ways to incorporate cardiovascular exercises into your fitness routine outside of in-studio Personal Training sessions.
