INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING:
Individual personal training at TBC&Co. goes beyond an hour in the gym with your trainer. As a TBC&Co. client you will have access to you trainer via email, text, or telephone 24/7. If you are dining out and are overwhelmed with choices...call us! We want to help you make better choices and attain your fitness goals! All personal training clients also receive a full body composition analysis, with the option of a DEXA scan preformed off site, that includes measurements of bone density, body fat percentage, water weight, lean body weight, and other indicators that help your trainer track progress or alert potential health risks. Lastly, your trainer will provide nutrition guidance, assisted trips to the grocery store, and a kitchen makeover if the client so desires. At TBC&Co. we have answers! For individual Personal Training sessions, 50% is due when the first session begins, and the remainder is due when half of the sessions are complete or sooner.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:

40 sessions = $ 1600
Small group training clients receive a full body composition analysis, biweekly composition follow-ups, nutrition guidance, and email or text access to their trainer 24/7. At TBC&Co. we go the extra mile to ensure client success. For small group Personal Training sessions, 50% is due when the first session begins. We will deduct the session cost from your balance each time you train. An additional payment can be made prior to the last pre-paid session. Small Groups will not exceed 4 clients per trainer. This offers a more intimate setting as well as more individualised attention.
CrossFit Classes:
- $20 per single session/not charged for no shows
- $50 Introductory Unlimited Week (First time crossfitters only)
- $200 Monthly Unlimited (auto draft/30 day cancellation notice)
Our Crossfit schedule is now 6 days a week. We will open up evening classes when the need arises. Crossfit group workouts can be very competitive, motivational, and fun! The content is constantly varied and always challenging! The workouts are scalable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS so don't be intimidated. Crossfit is an awesome way to get in shape or improve you athletic ability to excel in any sport.
SPORTS SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING:

Individual training at rates and payment policies as described above.

Group training at rates and payment policies as described above, but no more than 6 athletes per group (due to equipment and space needed).

Entire team training also available at rates subject to location, type of sport, and size of team.
Refunds for individual, group, and sports performance training MAY be granted based on a client’s situation. However, the client is responsible for paying all completed sessions at a rate of $75 per session for individual training, $25 per session for group training, and at a pre-determined rate for sports performance training.
