I use to make this when I did the Zone diet and I thought of it a few days ago and didn't even realize that it's Paleo and it's super fast and easy! I use to eat it on crackers but with paleo I just eat it by itself and it's still really good!

Chicken Salad

2 cans Chicken

1 Avacado

1 Onion diced

1 Tomato diced

Garlic Powder

Black Pepper

Drain and double rinse canned chicken because it will have salt in the liquid. Mix all ingredients together, add garlic power and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
