Jereme Sanders
Parkour Trainer
Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment. Jereme Sanders of American Parkour (APK) is the first practitioner, or "traceur", to begin training in Texas. He is a member of The Tribe, an international performance team, that travels all over the U.S. and the world to present the acrobatics, fluidity, and unique movements created by parkour. The Tribe is currently featured on the TV show Jump City.
Jereme is now offering parkour classes in partnership with TBC CrossFit. He uses his 7 yrs of practice, performances, and coaching to be an experienced, safe, dynamic instructor. Parkour is a discipline that teaches solid techniques supported by concepts about what natural movements the human body is capable of. Simply, parkour is for everyone.
Jereme teaches in such a way that students can see how the movements are shaped by and reflected in their own individual body types. Tall, short, athletic, average, or soft, each person's abilities shape the movements and learning the movements improves the person's abilities.
