Kim Brooks

A desire to remain strong and live a healthy and well balanced life led Kim to CrossFit in 2008. Kim stated that “In less than one year CrossFit had changed my life in more ways than I can count”. Encouraged by her own personal coach, Kim received her CrossFit Level 1 Instructor Certificate and began training others in San Diego, CA in 2009. Recently relocated to the San Antonio area, Kim’s first priority was locating a new CrossFit gym and family. “The warm welcome and expert training I received at TBC CrossFit told me I was home”. Kim’s background is in Education so teaching comes naturally and she is passionate about helping others discover the benefits, balance, and wellbeing that come from the CrossFit lifestyle. Kim also holds a CrossFit Nutrition Certificate and has been trained in Stott Pilates methodology.
