TBC Crossfit

TBC Crossfit offers group training inspired by Crossfit, Inc., providing top-notch functional fitness training with intense, challenging workouts prescribed to improve your total level of fitness, according to Crossfit's definition of fitness.

CrossFit Elements is offered for those individuals who feel they need some additional 1-1 time with a Coach to work on Skills (Oly lifts, Kettlebells, Power Lifts ect) Clients with little exercise experience should start in the Beginner Level Crossfit Classes to work on profecincy of the 9 foundational movements of Crossfit.

If you choose to do Elements, you will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout. This ensures that no one is left behind - After completing Elements you will be able to jump in a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned.

CrossFit Elements are scheduled as three one-on-one sessions between you and a TBC CrossFit Coach. The total cost for the three sessions is $150.

These skill have been selected to assist and develop each clients experience as they begin the Crossfit Program. The skills that are practiced are an excellent way for the student to become familiar with the CrossFit method.

Each workout is scientificly based, progressive, and challenging. Crossfit is guaranteed to get your heart racing!  If you have never trained in a group setting you should give it a try. Group training is a cure for boredom and can be very motivational!

Are you still wondering …what is Crossfit?? Crossfit is a combination of functional movements performed at high intensity to create a dynamic workout like no other. This type of training will improve performance over all recognized fitness domains. There are ten recognised fitness domains and they are: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

For the fitness pursued through this type of training, every parameter within our control is modulated to broaden the stimulus as much as possible. A body will only respond to an unaccustomed stressor; ROUTINE is the enemy of progress and broad adaption. With the Crossfit inspired workouts we don't subscribe to high reps, or low reps, or long rests, or short rests, but strive for VARIANCE!
